Clarifying a players proposed game setup changes

Its almost always to change the turn time limit, but it would be nice if a player submits changing the game setup if the changes the proposed are highlighted (or bolded) on the list of game settings so you can more quickly decide whether or not to accept the changes.

Again, it's usually just to reduce turn time, but if they sneak in a new number of turns or something, it would be nice to have it clear.
