Label: Upgrade I and Upgrade II

If an upgrade is followed by a second possibility for upgrade, please add "1" and "2" to the names. For example, "Lift the Fog 1" and Lift the Fog 2." This would allow more prudent use of SP. To find the upgrade possibilities, I had to scour the ancient atWar texts.
