Anyway, I had a goal of my own: Drive from the middle of Sao Paolo to the Cristo Redentor in Rio de Janeiro in Google Earth street view, with no knowledge of Portuguese, Brazil, or possession of a license. Also made a mission to find a McDonald's, because an airport magazine told me they sell high fat, artificially flavoured banana pies in Brazil. Didn't say all that, but of course it's high fat.

Had to switch to the flight simulator about halfway through because street view randomly ended. Crashed into the next town with street view again. Also crashed onto a semi truck, in someone's backyard. on a gas station, and drove the plane into a river and died. I stalled that plane like a boss.

Eventually I had some CWs and clan training drag me away from Google Earth, so I got to Rio an hour after HatTops finished. Then I got lost trying to find Cristo Redentor. Then street view stopped before I could drive up the mountain, so I just said "Screw this" and crashed the plane into the statue. Achievement unlocked. Next stop: Brasilia.

Awesome story, I know. I'll bet you're all going to shower me with gifts for this momentous accomplishment.
