Friends / Enemies / ??? - Need a new list for 'Mental Health'

So not a high priority suggestion - maybe right after map editor:

Some players are alright enough that i wouldn't enemy list them, but certainly wouldn't friend them. They just act a little crazy/immature/paranoid/<insert pet brain damage issue here>

Problem with enemy listing these people to flag them is they see a screenshot with them enemy listed, they might show up at your door ♥

So a new 'list' to flag people who you might want to keep an eye out:

Call it the "Caution" list
