Upkeep overcharge

I find I'm continually being being charged upkeep for units I don't have. For example, in one game I have 36 infantry and 3 transports, yet it's charging me for 51 infantry and 4 transports. As such, I'm constantly finding I can't buy new units. This has probably caused me to lose several games. Anybody else experiencing this?

this bug has existed since the release of this game but its not bugged when you use it at the start of the turn

Just to add to what Syrian-Force said, you aren't being charged... as you move units around, the bug increases the reported number of units, but you aren't being charged when income is calculated at turn end, despite what the numbers say.
