I give idea that there should me inviting system in atwar. You will have option to invite a player to the in which you are playing when you click player name. Or there should a command. like /invite someplayer. or any button and the player will get that request and accept or decline.
If he accept so he will be transfered to his game otherwise he will continue.

Maybe but more advantages. You will not have chat and give links to ur anyone to call him just click and he is in.

This seems like to would be abused, with a prompt to respond. Links usually work, but if we can get around that support

And /invite ignore. Obviously.

The problem with this is that the system cannot tell the difference between "ignore." being an actual player you are trying to invite and trying to actually ignore someone.

If someone abuses it you can mute them, its simple.
There are trolls but, an invite system is widely used in many gaming platforms.

I meant it as ignore for /invite, not /invite ignore. Genious.

A simple time restriction for every invitation sent to the same player would prevent this. ie. I can only send Desu an invite every 10 seconds or so with a maximum of 5 invites to the same game (the latter part would require trolls to be more rigorous).

Just have a separate function for it.
ie.
/setinvites on
/setinvites off

Not that I particularly think this sort of feature is necessary, but I don't think this kind of addition would hurt either.

I see a lot of people are concerned about invites being abused for obvious reasons. A possible solution could be having a new feature similar to adding someone to one's own friend or enemy list. The feature would add players to your own invitation list and only people on this list would be able to send an invite.

This will save time. Better than copying link then sending to player then asking you are here and then checking he is afk or not.

To prevent people abusing this system I have a suggestion:

Make it only possible to invite your friends for the games. Ofcourse then people will just randomly add you and keep inviting you, a solution for that is to update the friendlist and if people want to add you into their friendlist, a notification should been sent to the player you wish to add, and he can rather accept the friend notification or decline the friend notification.

And if we are bussy with upgrading the friendlist, you also could make an option with ''join'' when you hover over your friend's name, so you can join his game immediatly.

Or, only allow invites from people on your friendlist. So if you did not add someone to your friendlist, they cannot send invites to you.
