Setting Up A Casual CW

Hello, I'm just wondering the process of setting up a Casual CW.

For example, is it possible to set up the CW, get all your members in and choosing their country and then calling out to find a clan to CW with and then they can get their members in later or something? I'm just wondering about stuff like that.

XD I think it is, but I want to know exactly how it's done.

Because right now the casual section of CW isnt working as far as I know... By logic I think the process of making casual CW is to create it in quick mode and then on the first turn of the game to propose 12/24hours..

It would be terrible.
Experienced players could couch you through the whole cw.

I see :S They can still coach you in quick, though you still have to be fast (they can't do that for you). Anyway, aren't experienced players already playing CW in other clans as alts? Just saying...

So, I'm confused. Are casual CWs possible or not? There often seems to be 1-2 casual games going in the CW section, so it seems that it is possible. But looking through the forums, people seem to say that casual CWs are not possible. Do these games then not "count"?

How can casual CWs not be possible? Why would you need to start a casual CW as a quick game, then change? I've never CWed because I don't like quick games, but I've seen many & they just get the guys & go to it. What I'm vague on is the reporting of the game. How do you submit the game results & to who/where. Grimm, the games you see in the casual CW room are just normal casual games, I believe. Not CWs.
