I have a propose to reduce the time of the turn for half every time a player dont finish turn until he finish a turn. (the time reduces just for the leaver)
Imagine you play a 24h turn game, if someone isn't finishing turn, you just have to wait 24h in the first turn he fails, the next turns of the missing player will last just 12h.

Well... this is a tough one... by "end turn" do you mean hit the end turn button before getting out of time? What if someone is playing a quick game but gets disconected during the end of a turn or is just making the most of his time to make all the moves he can? Maybe for casual games it would work but it shouldn't be applied to quick games.

Currently not possible; turns are played simultaneously and then platform calculates all moves (by all players)... I know it is annoying, but if you set a game to last 24h, then assume it will take 24h and not less. Otherwise, set it to 12h.
