OPEN: Skips Turns

I was playing a game today and a round would start and then it would start a new round seconds later.

Hmm...never heard of that one. Make sure all your options on the game are exactly as you set them, if somebody else is in the game ask them if they have anything to do with it, or it could be the new server breaking in to it's new habitat
If the problem pursues, try speaking about it to Amok or Ivan so they can fix it all up.
