Adjustable/New formula for country label positions

So as many people have probably realized by now, country labels often go off centered when creating rather irregular shapes.

So I suggest either making them adjustable, or change the formula for placing them so they are automatically centered properly.

We'll definitely make them adjustable once we're done with the more urgent issues
