Unit buildable from turn: ___ to ___

Pretty simple. I just want to be able to have technology progress in my maps. Maybe you start out with cheap, low range ships, then slowly advance to ships that can cross entire oceans in 3 turns. Or maybe make England have English longbows then advance to British Redcoats.
