Id love to release my maps if the fucking borders where visable. Plus both my maps iv completed i cant reupload the bg on to use that work around. It crashes during saving after reuploading the bg.

Sorry guys, it's been months and I'm still unclear on what's missing to deprecate SL and move on. I've heard bugs related to borders not visible but they work for me. It's also hard for me to give maintenance to it (sometimes it takes me 3mins to get feedback if something worked or not). We've got plans to improve our codebase but that's going slow, so I want us to focus on critical issues here.

Please let me know, once for all, what's holding you from using the HTML Map editor?

Allow neutral scenario events to be added to scenario editor, you can't delete maps/scenarios, also make it so you can delete borders without having to delete the country itself first, also it's not possible to overlay a border on top of no-go areas so you can then disable the overlayed country(in scenario editor) so the no-go's are visible in a scenario.

These are some things that just aren't present in the map/scenario editors, there's more problems but these are things that just don't exist that should be present and really devalue them

Could someone post here how to un-bug maps? most of my maps are bugged. It's better if someone posts how-to rather than us all asking Dave.

Thus far it worked on a map with 150 countires and a bg with a image of 15 mb, and failed on two maps with 300+ countries and one with a 16 mb bg and another with a 30 mb bg. Its dcs when saving then the save button stop working and you get a voided script error when trying to save.

It's worked for me on maps 9999x5300 but I have to do it in a specific browser otherwise it crashes. Internet Explorer appears to be the most reliable for uploading backgrounds or possibly edge. The Map editor is just broken asf in Chrome but other than the uploading of backgrounds it works fine in firefox....ish
