Alts above rank 1 aren't allowed. You'll 1v1 your opponent on a Euro+ map, although it's up to you and your opponent to decide whether to use extra cities, or to make it the best two-out-of-three, or anything like that. Report your scores, please.

There are only two places: 1st place, and 2nd place. All others are losers, so, it's okay. Its not fair. Just let him out of tournament and add him on your next one. This is the first time i see someone doing this in tournament man. Plus he is not even active player engouh.
