Hey, since admins* changed the SP percentage of some games I wondered, wouldn't it be awesome to have an SP option?
The option should allow you to change from 0% to 25% to 50% to 75% to 100%, or just 100% and 0%, me myself love to play this game, and I honestly dont need SP at all. Actually I leave alot of games to stay rank 9, why? Because I love the emblem and I dont wanna rank up

I know alot of people will say no now, because then all the RP players will put it back to 100%, NO!. This option should not count for maps/games which SP has been already reduced and will get reduced in the future if people make a new map.
Admins should reduce it too, I know its alot of work, but I think thats what they are already doing since the 50% reduce on RP. Also, should give mods an option to reduce the maps percentage too since the admins arent that really much online (my opinion).

So for example, you can make Europe+ 3v3 with 0% sp.
Excuse me for amateuristic SS, but just an example off how I mean it:

So you actually say admins should not have a part in it at all?

The admins dont have the time to go and change sp % on 'Every' map, so yes mods should do fine

Thats why I mentioned the mods too, for the same reasons. But actually I think, (only my opinion, so don't get mad about it.) the admins are less biased when it comes down to banning/reducing/deleting maps. Why I think that is because:

1. Admins arent that much online in the game, so their opinion of specific person doesn't infect their punishments/conclusions, moderators (most of them) were (still are) normal people like you and me, they used (perhaps still do) dislike/hate/or really like specific people and they have an opinion about that person. I am not saying every mod have their opinion counted in their punishments/conclusions etc. but some do. And thats why I think admins should totally be a part of it too, actually I think mods should give a sincear reason before banning a map, ofc a map called 'SP FARM 1000000 CITIES'' does not need one at all

2. With their opinion counted (the mods) it could be possible that a map maker asks a moderator to delete a specific map that gets more plays than his, so you could call it revenge.
Who knows what the mod will do? Maybe he really like that person, maybe he is even in his clan and he really wants to help him. Who knows? And who will stop him then?

Again im not saying a mod is doing this, because I am sick of people saying I am attacking them, I was just being hypothetically speaking.

As for now, Admins and Mods have the capability to determine the percentage of SP retribution a map/scenario gives. Till now, all reductions were applied by Mods; and they have been discussed among Mods. Actually they are very close to the SP retribution players were indicating in the last survey (http://atwardatabase.weebly.com/survey-2.html)

I think it would be nice for players (game hosts) to be able to fiddle around with SP retribution of a specific game (not map/scenario but single game). For instance, if you are hosting an EU+/3v3 game, the standard SP retribution is 100%. A host should then have the possibility of setting it to: 100% (default), 75%, 50%, 25% or 0%. On the other hand, if you are hosting a Tempted's RP game, then you should only have the capability of setting it to 0%, 25% or 50% (default).
The same ability should be given to map-makers, as a mean of self-regulation.

This is exactly what I actually tried to say, but as we can see you have the better english skills for it =D

Cause sp reductions are a bad idea. It is acceptable for presets and scenarios which people use as farm but not for normal maps .

You basically say it is acceptable for presets and scenario which people use as farm, but not for normal maps?
I dont see any logic in that o_o

I honestly don't see the point to this at all.

The vast majority of the players definitely are not going to voluntarily reduce their SP gain.

Normal game don't generate sp as much scenarios like RP or UN does. It makes some sense to put sp reductions in "farming scenarios" not in normal world map.

But could you tell me why you won't like the option? Because if you just want the 100% sp you can play with the sp on 100%
Or are you more affraid that people will use it on 3v3 maps and worldmaps you want to play?

It is an option, if they don't want it. They can just put it on 100%
