New Game Starting Now World at War IV v.23 https://atwar-game.com/games/?link=9606849446 1. Game Changes: Please read section 2. Number of Home Countries Selected and section 3. Turn One (1) Protocol before entering the game. I have added Mechanized Infantry (Japan) unit. Japan is one of the weakest if not the weakest country in the game. Hopefully this will even the odds a little? I have also added the rejoin button. This will give players an opportunity to leave the game and rejoin if they make a mistake in their initial setup. I have seen this capability abused by players. If they do they will be kicked. 2. Number of Home Countries Selected: Players are limited to a maximum number of home countries that can be selected on turn one. The number of home countries you can select is based on your rank. Ranks 0 to 5 can select up to 3 home countries on turn one. All other ranks are limited to no more than 2 home countries on turn one. Please adhere to the maximums for your rank. Player's who ignore the limitation risk removal from the game. 3. Turn One (1) Protocol: • Players can not move units outside of their home country on turn one. • Players who do not adhere to the turn one protocol will be removed from the game and not invited to future games. • If you are unsure as to what you can and can not do on turn one. Don't do anything. Wait until turn two 4. Relative Strengths of Countries: Below are the relative strengths of all countries. Countries are divided into 3 categories: Recommended countries for Ranks 0-5, Recommended countries for Ranks 6-7 and Recommended countries for Ranks 8-26. Country categories are based on 3 criteria: Income, Number of Types of Units (NTU's), excluding naval units, and Number of Reinforcements Please note that these are recommendations only. You can still join the game even if there are no recommended countries available for your rank: Countries Recommended for Ranks 0-5: 1. NATO (Europe): Income = 12,100, NTU's = 10, Number of Reinforcements = 459 2. USSR (Russia): Income = 10,700, NTU's = 12, Number of Reinforcements = 464 3. USA: Income = 8,450, NTU's = 13, Number of Reinforcements = 347 4. USAS (Union of South American States): Income = 8,300, NTU's = 8, Number of Reinforcements = 341 5. Arab League: Income = 9,150, NTU's = 9, Number of Reinforcements = 210 Countries Recommended for Ranks 6-7: 6. PRC (China): Income = 6,250, NTU's = 11, Number of Reinforcements = 216 7.
