Kaska - Can a mod delete a duel unfairly?

Hello fellas!

Few minutes ago "Kaska" whose position is Mod within Atwar, threatened me to delete a duel due to their waiting time for a player. They were going to start a clan war and their player was in a duel with me. He said that he will delete the duel if I do not tie because they did not want to wait. Isn't this unfair? Why Mod's have the power to do this ?

Listen, i asked u politely to let Thrall leave the duel, since he asked me to do it.

The game had not really started since none of the opponent had the time to finish their turn. You just had a behavior that was actually making impossible for 6 ppl to play the game - in the circumstances a cw i was involved in.

I think u had a very disloyal behavior and wanted to create fuss, so i indeed deleted a duel that u might have lost.

If u have a problem with that u can contact Dave, Sid or Brian.

Don't make brigade posts... Contact myself, Brian or Dave as Kaska said. On a side note, this was already being talked about.
